The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class is designed for people with Arthritis and uses gentle activities and exercises to help increase joint flexibility,range of motion and maintain muscle strength.6 week class starts April 1st and runs through May 6th. Cost is $60.00 if registered by 3/31, $70.00 after 3/31. Studio 5. Class is progressive in nature, walk-ins are not recommended but fee is $15.00 for trial class.
