Dr. Frank earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Wartburg College
Earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois
Earned his Ph.D. and Residences in Pathology and Toxicology at Purdue
He was appointed to a dual role as President and Chancellor in 2015
CSU is home to more than 50,000 students from across the world
