Handball is a competitive game in which either hand or either fist may be used to hit the ball. It is by far the most difficult court sport to play at The DAC. If you are up to the challenge, and would like to learn how to play, contact Debbie Beldring
to schedule a lesson.
You can also take lessons with Bear Meiring, one of the best handball players in the region. Please contact Bear Meiring
to learn this exciting sport.
Racquetball is a great cardiovascular workout. It builds endurance, works all your muscles and is appropriate for all skill levels and all ages. The DAC has great instructors that can help you learn the basics, develop your skills, jump into a shuttle or get one-on-one attention with private lessons.
