THE dac opens New Coworking Space

Open to Members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week


The Denver Athletic Club's new luxury coworking space is now open for members and their guests. This extensive, 6,700-square-foot space is located on the second floor of the Clubhouse and accommodates approximately 100 members seeking a comfortable, well-appointed workspace outside of the home or office.





FLEXIBLE SPACE FOR ALL USES

The open floor layout offers private phone booths and meeting rooms, as well as more casual seating areas. A refreshment bar, a print room, day lockers, phone chargers and other amenities are all available, making this a comprehensive setting for the modern professional. 

The workspace consists of two primary areas. A Library offers a quieter environment with a traditional setup of communal tables and chairs. The Lounge offers a variety of seating options geared more toward social interaction with leather couches and armchairs surrounding low tables. A fireplace at each end, paneled walls and vintage rugs firmly anchor the space in the traditional club aesthetic.

A concierge desk is staffed on weekdays from 8:30am to 6:00pm, through which members may book the private phone booths and meeting rooms. Food and drinks may be purchased at the Snack Bar. Takeout can also be ordered through the concierge. 

Special thanks to the Board of Directors, in particular 2020 President Sheila Dunlavy, who kicked off the project and current President Paul Bergman, who saw it through to conclusion, as well as Vice President Dan Bickhard who oversaw the renovation with architects Semple Brown and contractors Centerre Construction Inc.




Hours
  • Open to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week

  • Concierge: Monday–Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm

  • Snack Bar: Tuesday–Friday, 11:00am-5:00pm

  • Takeout food may be ordered through the Concierge Tuesday–Friday 11:00am-5:00pm


Amenities
  • Charger cords available at the Concierge Desk

  • Charger stations available in workspace

  • Printer/copier/scanner is available for manual or wireless use

  • Day lockers are available on a first come/first served basis

  • Designated lockers are available for monthly rental at $50/month

  • Complimentary coffee station





Private Rooms
  • Three privacy booths (accommodating one person) and two meeting rooms (accommodating up to 20 people) can be reserved through the Concierge Desk for a fee.


Guests
  • Workspace guests have access only to the workspace and dining facilities, not the rest of the Club.

  • Members may bring up to two (2) complimentary guests to the workspace

  • If a Member brings three (3) or more guests, they must reserve a private work room or pay a guest fee for each guest.


Workspace Courtesy Rules
  • Please register at the Concierge Desk before using the workspace

  • No outside food/drink

  • Please silence all devices or use headphones

  • All voice calls or video calls must be conducted out of earshot of other Members or in one of our reservable privacy booths

  • Please be respectful of the shared space by maintaining proper hygiene and appearance standards

  • All Club House Rules should be observed
